 Barcelona - I love spain.. but barcelona has something unique. 

Spain in general has people who are still calm, untouched it seems by inudstrialisation. Chatgpt says its due to the isloation in supressive times that spain still has the family values..

its true, the men who are calm and have attention to life.

the women who are strong to express their opinions, but have a career as well as children. 


here in my neighborhood, an old social enclave, with social housing, I found my daily routine, up meditate, breakfast, realx, work, drink tea, and go out at 3pm.. its a very slow pace, but i am sensing there is life.. as i connected with the new in BCN group i see it on my screen.. but i am not ready yet, after 2 years of travel and solo living, and the isolation in the mountains to step back into young energy. 

the metro card is there.. i am not ready

maybe when money comes in, no i am not ready


doing 50+ things might be nice.. 

i find 55+ women are out there again.

but me i am a yogi.. what do yogis do?


i am gonna give it some time and see what happens.

Handling truth - One More Story… My mother finally kicked my father out of her house. She was over 80. Unhappy for at least 40 years. And I — her daughter — gave her permission. I told her she had the right. I showed her it could be done by living my life.  That moment changed everything for both of us. Because in 2015, I had already done the same.
